Franchise Responsibilities

ValuePest.com Franchise Owners are Independent Businesses.

ValuePest.com Independent Franchise Owner's are solely responsible for operating their franchised business according to ValuePest.com's guidelines of systems and procedures. As the owner your success is tied directly to your initiative, hard work and business management skills.

Vehicles & Equipment

Franchise Owners own or lease service vehicles and treatment equipment. A new vehicle is not required to become a Franchise Owner. Often Franchise Owners purchase clean used vehicles from between $2500 to $5000.

Franchise Owners incur the costs of operating vehicles, including insurance, maintenance, repairs, fuel, tolls, taxes, registration fees and licenses.

The Equity In The Franchised Business

Franchise Owners own a contract granting them the non-exclusive right to provide services to ValuePest.com's customers and have contractual rights to acquire, sell their Franchised Business at anytime with ValuePest.com's approval.

The value of the Franchised Business and/or the purchase or sale price your ValuePest.com franchise is determined by the buyer and seller, without involvement from ValuePest.com.

Staffing

Franchise Owners ensure all personnel who provide services under the Franchise Agreement are treated as employees.

Franchise Owners establish all staffing policies and procedures for personnel, including:

  • Staffing and work assignments
  • Employment terms
  • Supervision and reporting requirements
  • Employee compensation and benefits.

Work Schedule

Franchise Owners work when they want to. However, they must comply with ValuePest.com scheduling procedures and policy.
